Im sure that most of you reading this have heard of the web 2.0 platform known as Squidoo. Whether or not you are familiar with it, one burning question is can you make money with Squidoo? If so, how do you get started making some extra money?

In todays economic times where companies are downsizing, unemployment levels are up and earning enough money to make ends meet becomes more challenging all the time, it makes sense to look for ways to bring in some extra cash every month.

Of course, you want to write some educational, informative and original content talking about those items you are promoting. If you are good at writing informative articles, you would be good at creating content for your Squidoo modules.

You should add pictures to make things look even better, and pull in some other cool modules like a poll, YouTube "how to" videos, or a guestbook for feedback.

Squidoo ranks well in Google and you can create special lenses for holiday sales (like Christmas) or focus on "evergreen" products that have the potential to make sales for you all year long.

The more lenses you create, the better you will become at making really cool lenses that your readers will love! The more awesome lenses you create, the more opportunities you have to make extra money.
