Yummy and Easy Dessert Chocolate Caramel Oreo Pie

Had to share this yummy chocolate dessert Mr. DIY made for our Sunday evening group last night. 
It was our turn for dessert and he wanted to make something special. He found the recipe on Pinterest and knew he had to make it. 
Youre going to want to  pin this yummy treat so that you can make it too!

To his surprise, the pie only has five ingredients.


The mouthwatering photo on Pinterest led to Kevin and Amandas, which has more wonderful photos and really awesome instructions. (link will be below)

Mr. DIY changed a few ingredients(of course). He used milk chocolate chips instead of dark chocolate and topped the pies off with homemade whipped cream instead of salt.

Such an awesome dessert deserved a pretty presentation.


Oh, yum. It tasted as good as it looks.






I have to warn you that it is super rich and just a little slice is more than enough. 
My favorite part is the ganache on top. Its so good I could eat that all by itself with some whipped cream.
