Build Day 6 Four walls up ready for trusses
We got the other two walls up, leveled and squared without any problems. 2x4 sills were nailed up all around to tie the walls together. Heres a shot from the ladder-cam:
We also got the brackets up that are going to hold up the trusses.
We had to bend some of the brackets. The entryway to the loft is going to be in the middle of the shed. The place where the brackets are bent there is going to be an extra 2x6 nailed up that is going to end up being part of the framing for the entry. Thats what Ron says, anyhow. He still claims to be making this up as he goes along. I guess thats why the plans keep showing up one page at a time.
Here are a couple of more pictures of the whole thing so far. Its starting to look like a shed!
